Spain: Summer Course on Stem Cells, Transfenics, and Embryogenes

Summer course on Stem cells, transgenics and embryogenesis: principles, application, law and ethics, Cordoba University, Spain

This summer course in Spanish language will be carried out between 14th and 18th July 2008 at the "Campus de Rabanales" of the Cordoba University

different experts on stem cells, transgenics, embryogenesis, law and ethics will expose and discuss with participants on topics relevant to food technology, agriculture, molecular biology, genetic engineering, biotechnology and medicine, amongst other areas.

The sessions will take place from 9:00 to 15:00 h from Monday to Friday. The
Rabanales University Campus
http://www.uco. es/informacion/ moverse/rabanale s.html has different leisure facilities, like swimming pool (temperatures around 37 to 40 degrees C are expected) for the participants to enjoy after the course sessions. Several catering facilities are also available. A train between the Campus and the Cordoba town is also available, taking just five minutes (6 km).
