USA: Scholarships at Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York

Situated on 200 acres of hilltop overlooking Syracuse, NY, Syracuse University supports a philosophy of learning both within and outside of the classroom. Freshman students are encouraged to pursue their interests through residential and non-residential learning communities.

A Division 1A School, Syracuse boasts state of the art sports facilities and is home to national championship teams in football, men's basketball, and men's lacrosse.

Syracuse's 12,491 full-time undergraduate students are enrolled in its thirteen diverse schools and colleges: the School of Architecture, School of Education, School of Information Studies, School of Management, School of Public Communications, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Human Ecology, College of Law, University College, The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and College of Visual and Performing Arts.

Merit-Based Scholarships for International Students
Syracuse welcomes students from around the world to its campus and provides a broad array of services and programs specifically for international students. International students are eligible for the University's three merit based scholarships, the Founder's Scholarship, Dean's Scholarship, and Chancellor's Scholarship renewable yearly.

Application Deadline
General Admission: For fall admission, applications must be postmarked by January 1. Early decision applications must be postmarked by November 15. Students applying for the spring semester are encouraged to submit an application by mid to late October.
