To register in to the programme, Intensive German course will be provided for 6 months to students / graduates. This course will be given to students/ graduates who has no/ limited German language proficiency.

WHAT IS EUROMASTER?
The European Studies Master¢s Programme (EuroMaster) is an International Joint Master¢s Programme between Akdeniz and Hamburg Universities and it commenced the education programme on 10th of September, 2007. Students, who successfully finish this joint programme will have the right to receive the point of diploma of both universities. This diploma is hold good in Europe.
The programme, which includes 2 years (4 semesters) provides part-time education for 3 years (6 semesters) to students who has no proficiency in German.
With in the programme, classes are given in three languages Turkish, German and English and it includes interdiscipliner courses. The programme uses the standard European system of credits: ECTS.
OBJECTIVES
The MA European Studies aims to prepare graduates for employment as professionals in the areas of scientific political consulting and administration of nongovernmental organisations, trade unions, industrial and employers¢ associations, but also of European and international organisations, the ministerial bureaucracy and transnational corporations. The EuroMaster qualifiesthe holder to pursue a doctorate.
CONCEPT OF THE PROGRAMME
-Studying Abroad
Students will spend their first two smester in Antalya, and their third semester at he University of Hamburg or another German university,with which Akdeniz University has an Erasmus Student Exchange Agreement.
-Internship
All students will complete at least three months of practical training in a country, where a language other than their mother tongue is spoken. Students will be guided to find an internship. During their training period, the students are expected to find interesting topics for their master thesis. The students qualify for the Master diploma, uopan the successful completion of their master thesis.
-Intensive Language Training
Within the programme, classes are given in three languages Turkish, English and German.
-Ankara and Brussels Excursions
The students are offered a three day Ankara excursion, in which they have the opportunity to visit Turkish ministries, the European Commission Representation Office in Turkey and several NGO¢s. On a later excursion to Brussels, the students will find opportunity to know more about several European Institutions and NGO¢s and they will learn about career opportunities there.
