Multiple Faculty Positions: Assistant Professorship in the Department of Biomedical Engineering The candidates must be willing to teach in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the undergraduate level. He/she will also be expected to contribute substantially to the research profile of the Department, to obtain external grant funding, produce high quality research outputs and supervise the research projects of undergraduate and graduate students. The ideal candidate(s) must also be willing to actively participate in the research projects and initiatives of the College of
Medicine and College of Dentistry of Yeditepe University. These faculty positions are interdisciplinary positions. English is the official language of education and research in Yeditepe University.

Qualifications:
An earned Ph.D. in one of the following fields: Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering (with an orientation in Biomedical Engineering and Bioengineering) . The expertise of the candidates must be in one or more of the following areas: (a) biomedical imaging, (b) inorganic and/or polymeric biomaterials, (c)biomechanics. Candidates with innovative research output will be given priority.
