Job description

The PhD candidate will be supervised by Prof. Deanne N. Den Hartog and Dr Anne E. Keegan. Thus far the implications of these forms of organizing for leadership and the impact of leadership on important employee-related outcomes in PBOs remain under-researched. The aim of this project is to extend theoretical and empirical research into leadership in project-based organizations. The research will build on previous work undertaken by Prof. Den Hartog and Dr. Keegan.
