PRO POLIS Review
Year 2, No. 2

The Faculty of Political and Communication Sciences, University of Orades

The Pro Polis Review, now to its second number, is a periodic academic publication which aims to promote valuable works of undergraduate, MA and PhD students in the fields of Political Science, International Relations, European Studies, Communication, Public Administration and related fields. Having as a main goal the promotion of young researchers, the review proposes a bilingual structure – Romanian and English.

The second issue of the review is general, with no specific topic, thus encouraging contributions from a wide variety of research fields. At the same time, in order to attract diverse contributions, the review proposes three categories: academic papers, essays and reviews. The requirements are differentiated below for each type:

Academic papers:
Þ 2.500–4.000 words (footnotes and references not included);
Þ Footnotes and bibliography made in APSA Manual Style
(http://dept. lamar.edu/ polisci/DRURY/ drury.html);
Þ Font: Arial 12, space 1,5 lines;
Þ Abstract of 100-150 words.

Essays;
Þ Maximum 2.000 words;
Þ Font: Arial 12, space 1,5 lines;
Þ Abstract of 50-100 words.

Book Reviews:
Þ Maximum 1.000 words;
Þ Font: Arial 12, space 1,5 lines;
Þ Reviews on relevant books in the research fields;
Þ Footnotes and bibliography made in APSA Manual Style.
