£33,432 - £38,757 per annum
12 months fixed contract

The Software Engineering Group in the School of Informatics at City University London
is seeking to appoint a research fellow in the service centric systems to contribute
to its long standing research activity in the area of service oriented computing.

The appointee will carry out research in the area of service centric systems with a
focus in the management of service level agreements and participate in the European
F7 Integrated Project SLA@SOI (http://www.sla-at-soi.org/). The job involves participation in project meetings and conferences and collaboration with leading industrial organisations across Europe.

The appointee should have a BSc, an MSc and a PhD degree in computing. Knowledge and practical experience in Java programming and web service technologies are also essential as well as excellent communication skills and experience in publishing research results.
