Senior Research Fellow Process Engineering EU-FP7, UK

The candidate is expected to work on FP7 IAPP project CEES at Brunel Business School, Brunel University for 12 months with potential extension depending on funds availability. The candidate is expected to have a PhD, those who have a recent doctorate should show a strong research potential and a research interest at the interface of multi-disciplines: process management and engineering; and performance management & measurement. Some experience in process engineering, software process (CMM); structured equation models would be appreciated. An enthusiasm for collecting field data on E-Government systems is very important. Strong communication and inter-personal skills are highly desirable. Only non-British citizens can apply to the position. Also, a British who had their legal residence and principal activity (work, studies, etc.) in a non-associated Third Country for at least 3 out of the last 4 years immediately prior to the appointment can apply to the position.

Description
The candidate will join an international research consortium composed of Brunel Business School at Brunel University (UK), American University of Beirut (Lebanon), and TurkSat (Turkey) funded by EU Framework 7. The candidate will be placed at the Brunel Business School in the UK. The Brunel Business School (http://www.brunel.ac.uk/bbs) is a vibrant, enthusiastic and highly cosmopolitan, research-led academic institution organised around six research centres: organisation studies; enterprise, innovation, sustainability and ethics; marketing; international business and strategy; operations and supply chains; and management information systems.
