USA: Undergraduate Scholarship at the University of Kansas

The University of Kansas is interested in reviewing undergraduate candidates
(entering Freshmen) for full tuition scholarships through IIE. No more than
4 per country. Transfer candidates will NOT be considered.

The estimated expenses for room, board, books, health insurance, travel and
personal expenses for the 9-month academic year NOT covered by the award are
approximately $10,329. The scholarship is valued at $15,000 per year.

If any of our overseas offices would like to nominate candidates for this award the minimum qualifications for considerations are:
- high school gpa equivalent of a 3.0
- TOEFL score of 230 (cbt) or 570 (paper based)
- SAT score 500 minimum in each section, combined score will depend on major
- proof of financial resources (of $10,500) to cover fees, room, board, books, supplies, insurance, transportation and estimated personal expenses.

A completed application must be submitted by January 15, 2006 to IIE's New York Headquarters.
