Visit Sacred Sites of Ukraine

We invite you to participate in our program designed for those interested in Eastern Christian art and history of Eastern Europe. This will be an unforgettable experience of cultural and religious discovery and intellectual learning.
The program provides knowledge about the history of Christian art and architecture on the crossroads of great civilizations – Byzantine and Western European.

There are particular emphases on cultural and religious issues which had been most relevant in Western Ukraine. The program consists of intensive courses and everyday trips to several cities of the studied region. The participants will be based in Lviv, itself the city of rich religious artistic traditions, and will regularly visit other sites of importance in the development of Ukrainian sacred art.
