We wish to inform you that SPARK with University and Student Parliament will organize Mitrovica Winter University 2010, and we would like to use this opportunity to introduce you with MWU 2010 and to invite you to participate. Here are the characters of MWU 2010:
• 150 local and international students
• Courses, books, accommodation and food will be provided free of charge for local and students from South East Europe
• 6 courses taught by local and international professors
• 2 excursions, public debates, sports tournaments, parties
• Official European ECTS certificate
• Expand your knowledge and join the European academic network
