New MA Program in International Relations and European Studies
The Institute for Social and European Studies (ISES) in collaboration with the Corvinus University in Budapest is pleased to announce an innovative NEW Masters Degree in International Relations and European Studies. This unique 3-semester course brings together an international faculty with students from around the world to study current European and international developments in modern facilities at the Europe House (a former Sigray family palace) in the beautiful town of Koszeg, located at the Hungarian-Austrian border in Western Hungary. Two semesters are
required in residence for course work; the third semester is devoted to the writing of the thesis.
During the Spring 2006 semester, lectures included: " The Politics of International Cooperation and Regional Integration ", "Diversity and Nation States in South-Eastern Europe" and "Markets, Competition and the Business World ", and were given by Professors Philippe Schmitter, Mitja Zagar and Adam Torok.
