Erasmus Mundus Scholarship in Computational Logic

Dear all,

we are already more than 2 months into the winter term and I guess everybody is looking for a good break over Christmas and New Year's Eve. I hope that all newcomers to our program have adapted by now to the European way of studying and that all students in their second year (and beyond) are well established and are working on their project or master thesis. In any case, if you have any problems and questions, then please do not hesitate to contact me or your local coordinator.

I wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year, and I would like to ask you for a small favor. It is very difficult for us to contact potential applicants to our course program directly. Many of you are heading home over christmas or will talk to friends over phone or skype. Please advertise our course program among your friends, your home university and your home country. You are our prime ambassadors.
In the last couple of years we had more scholarships to give away, in particular for students from India and Asia. For next year there are additional scholarships for students from the Balkans, India, China and a variety of additional countries from Asia, the Pacific and the Caribbean. Please spread this information. If you need flyers or posters please contact Julia, Sylvia or your local coordinators. In the internet all information can be found under

Many thanks and all the best -- Steffen
