To apply to one or more Summer Institute programs or courses:
1.. Download and complete the Application Form.
2.. Attach a Letter of Intent that describes your interest in the program.
3.. Attach your Curriculum Vitae.
4.. Attached a scholarship letter (optional).

Participants have the option of applying for graduate credit or undergraduate credit. Graduate credits are the best option for those individuals currently pursuing or planning to pursue an MPH degree. These credits are more expensive because they can be applied to an MPH. Undergraduate credits are available to those individuals seeking the training and knowledge that the program provides, but who are not necessarily concerned with academic credits. In short, undergraduate credits
are a bargain-priced option for the same training. Participants enrolled for graduate credits and undergraduate credits are taught together and work together in the classroom. The program content and materials, as well as expectations of participation, are identical.

Send your application and attachments to the attention of the Summer Institute in International Health. Applications will not be processed until all information has been received.
