Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellowships, Nuffield College-Oxford

Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellowships are intended for scholars in the social sciences (e.g. economics, politics and sociology) from any country, who have recently completed, or are close to completing, their doctoral thesis, or who are at a comparable point in a research career. The responsibility of a Research Fellow is to engage in independent scholarly research and to take part in the intellectual life of the College. The Fellowships are held for up to three years.

For Prize Research Fellowships beginning in September 2010, Nuffield College invites applications from candidates wishing to undertake research in any area of the social sciences except Economics (candidates wishing to undertake interdisciplinary research which includes Economics may also apply to this competition). Closing date for applications: Friday, 6th November 2009.
