You can submit a poster even if you have submitted a paper to the EEA contributed sessions.
To submit a poster, one must be a current member of the EEA.
Posters can be presented by anyone in the final year of a PhD or having completed a PhD within the last two years (a letter from the presenter's Head of Department confirming fulfilment of this criterion is required). You will also be required to upload your CV, contact details and a full paper as part of your submission. These will be made available to potential employers via the congress website.
The following rules apply: In the event of there being excess demand to present within the poster sessions, slots will be allocated on a random basis. Your poster should be no bigger than 140cm wide by 80cm high, and it is best if it is printed on a single sheet. We shall provide a means of fixing the poster for display. Poster presenters must register for the conference in the usual way.
