The Congress will be in three languages - Kazakh, Russian and English.
The International Gumilev Congress will be attended by prominent historians, political scientists and statesmen of the world. The Congress aims to publicize the achievements of independent states, and discovering the encountered problems during these independent processes.
One of the main tasks of the Congress is to find out the way of solving the international problems which the Independent states have been faced. Take this opportunity put the focal point on the common problems of the social scientists' researches; make public the real democracy in the society which has chosen the democratic developing road.
The conference organizing committee plans to publish a collection of scientific papers according to the achievements of the conference. For submit the report to the collection of the Congress should provide the report and the registration form in written form and electronic views to Organizing Committee.
Requirements of the reports
The report should be prepared in accordance with the following requirements:
1. The report should be at least 5 full pages (A4 format).
2. Page setup: top margin - 2 cm , bottom - 2 cm , right side - 1,5 cm, left side - 3 cm .
3. Font: Times New Roman, 14.
4. Line spacing - single.
5. The report title should be written in capital letters (in bold); the initials and surname of the author (s), name of institution, name of the working place, city (or region) should be shown in the center of that page after the title (in bold).
6. The list of literature should be written in the end of the report. The links should be made in the "square" brackets; through repetition the serial number and page number should be shown, for example: [7, p. 2].
7. It is necessary to provide a summary in the end of the report (for a report in the Kazakh language should provide a summary in Russian and English languages, for a report in Russian should provide a summary in Kazakh and English languages, for the report in English should provide a summary in the Kazakh and Russian languages).

The organizing committee and editorial committee keep the rights to select the reports to the conference.
The reports and registration forms are accepted until May 10, 2010.
The material collection of the congress will be published. The registration fee - 2000 tenge.
