PhD scholarships, Public economics and inequality, Freie U Berlin

Within a newly arranged doctoral program of the Hans-Böckler Foundation in collaboration with the Free University of Berlin, eight Ph.D. scholarships will be awarded.

The positions are available starting April 1, 2013 and run for a three year period. Dissertations will be written in one of the following research areas:
Income inequality and redistribution over the life-cycle
Behavioral economic analysis of social welfare systems
Intergenerational mobility and capital taxation
Taxation of economic elites and their resilience
Empirical analysis of tax and social policy
