2007 Summer School on Computational Materials Science
Quantum Monte Carlo from Minerals and Materials to Molecules
July 9 - 19, 2007 · University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
The aim of this school is to bring together scientists from the fields of geophysics, physics, chemistry, as well as materials science, to learn about QMC calculations and their applications. The school will have lectures in the morning and interactive laboratories in the afternoon.
For full consideration, submit an application before May 10, 2007. The School Committee will review applications received by March 10, 2007, to give an early response to applicants who need travel visas to attend. Please note that the MCC cannot provide assistance in obtaining travel visas to attend the summer school.
