Dear Colleagues and Friends,
Starting as a LogMan International Chapters iniciative, the VLEs for All Summer School (Academy) expand its activities with valuable support from a lot of national and international organizations. While the European Union enjoys one of the highest levels of education and has the necessary investment capacity, there is much progress yet to be made in the use of new information and communication technologies. The VLEs4ALL will reflect on the need to reform education and training systems for the knowledge society, promoting digital literacy, e-skills, the upskilling of the workforce and lifelong learning for all.
