COMPUTER-AIDED QUALITATIVE RESEARCH 2008
10 & 11 June 2008, Amsterdam
Dear Researchers,
For our 1st international Seminar on Computer-Aided Qualitative Research 2008 to be held on the 10 & 11 June in Amsterdam, we would like to cordially invite you to participate.
This unique, cross-disciplinary and highly interactive seminar will bring together qualitative researchers, CAQDAS experts and PhD students to discuss the key issues concerning the use of CAQDAS tools (e.g. Atlas.ti and NVivo) and how to integrate them successfully with research methodologies. This include assisting participants in developing a deeper understanding concerning the use of CAQDAS tools in their research projects, raising their conceptual awareness and, of course, enhancing the skills of a qualitative researcher in an informal, friendly and relax atmosphere.
This seminar gives you the opportunity to present your research work to your peers as well as hearing international experts discuss about innovative ways of conducting qualitative data through the use of CAQDAS tools. Furthermore, Dr Stuart Shulman, Associate Professor of the Center for Social and Urban Research, University of Pittsburgh (US) will be conducting a hands-on Masterclass on ATLAS.ti and Coding
Analysis Toolkit (CAT) for researchers embarking on their PhD research.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to discuss best practices with your peers in an informal, friendly and relax environment. This two-day seminar includes all documentation and lunch on both days. To secure your seat, please register online before 1st March and benefit from an early-bird registration discount.
