Theodor-Heuss- Kolleg provides support for young peoples of 29 countries in Central, Eastern and Southeast Europe, including the CIS. Through the involvement in the Theodor-Heuss- Kolleg, its participants show their enthusiasm for democratic ideas. Theodor-Heuss- Kolleg is a programme of the Robert Bosch Foundation carried out by the international Berlin based NPO MitOst.
Individuals with good German language skills, who at the time of the summer seminar will be between the age 18 and 25 years, may apply to the programme within the four month time frame of December 1st to March 31st.
