The seminar titled *"KISSANDU - IT"* in which Safe, secure and usefu IT
usage will be discussed in respect of the youth initiatives and cultural
exchange applications of the european community. The seminar is going to be
performed in *25- June – 01- July 2007 in Ankara/ TURKEY.*
Within the context of this seminar;
- participation of theYOUTH, especially young students are needed
- discussion of the safe, secure and usefu usage of IT
- the integration of each country's language and IT applications
- sharing the other ideas supporting the european community e-europe
applications on IT
- content provider web pages
- expactations and suggestions on IT policies
- deciding the participators who will serve for the future projects
are going to be discussed. Moreover;
- a competition will be organized during these seminars. The
participators will set up a candicate which is a content provider web site
in English and during seminars participators will choose best 3 web sites.
The main objectives of the Project are capacity building to benefit from IT,
to support more efficient use of internet and to obtain to express the
feelings, wishes and suggestions for beter regulatory policies of
youngsters. During the seminars and workshops the participants will also
benefit from the exchange by:
- Discovering other social culture realities
- Sharing experiences with participants from a range of background
- Discussing matters of specific interest and concern to young
peoplewith special needs
- Obtaining information on the status of young individuals in other
countries
- Establishing new partnerships/ co operations
-Acquiring skills for integration to their lives
-Youth initiative group-works.
100% of the accommodation expenses in Turkey and 70% of the travelling
expenses will be coved by the project budget. Participants for this exchange
will only need to cover the remaining 30% of the travelling costs.
The invitation for participating in this seminar is open for all EU member
countries.
