Pricewaterhouse Coopers presents the 3rd edition of "Let Your Talents Grow"

Already at its third edition, Let Your Talents Grow has become a tradition for PricewaterhouseCoop ers in our efforts of staying close to students and helping them achieve their potential. Let Your Talents Grow is an integrated soft-skills development programme that will help you give your career a head start!

Our weekly workshops are addressed to students in the last two years of undergraduate study or attending Master studies. The rationale behind the programme is that, although technical knowledge is very important at the start of your career, equal energy should be allocated to developing soft skills (or, better said, business skills).

Objectives of the programme

The sessions are meant to enhance students' understanding on how a professional recruitment process is run, what its steps are, how these need to be approached, and also to give you interesting tips and tricks on how you should prepare for a solid recruitment challenge.
We will also look at the key competencies and skills required from new graduates at the start of the career, and help you understand and find ways to develop these skills.
We want our candidates to be well-prepared and confident when facing a recruitment process, and our professionals are committed to offer the necessary support where needed and to share their experience in graduate recruitment.

Structure of the programme

We are committed to making sure that this experience will be adding value to each participant. Hence, we will only select 30 students for each of the sessions organized, to ensure the desired level of interaction and to make the group easily manageable. The programme will take place at the PwC office in Bucharest.
The sessions will be structured in 6 weekly workshops (2-4 hours each) covering key topics such as:
How to fill in Application Forms / CVs
Interviewing Tips and Tricks
How to Approach an Assessment Centre
Develop key competencies:

Business and Commercial Awareness

Teamwork and Team spirit

Presentation and Communication Skills Choose your direction – experience, test, and decide
