This July SPARK will organize two summer university programs, 1 in Macedonia and 1 in Kosovo. These SU’s will be open to both local as well as international students and ask no tuition fee. SPARK is a non-profit organization which mission is to develop higher education in post-conflict societies. I was wondering if you would be willing to post some information about this on your site, since it seems to us your readers might be interested in this and for us it would be very helpful as well.
