Dear Madam / Sir,
After successful IHEPI conference in 2009, we are glad to invite companies, academics, researchers, policy makers for IHEPI2010. Recognizing the importance of the simultaneous communication between the diverse participants in the generation and use of knowledge and innovation, the organizers of the Event intend to provide an occasion for the exchange of ideas for those involved either in the production or in the application of intellectual and professional capacities required for knowledge-based societies and economies.
The IHEPI 2010 will be especially dedicated to:

Nazelle, the first director of EIT.
2. Founding for education, science and innovation. Marja Makarow, CEO of European Science Foundation (ESF) and the first woman ever as CEO in ESF, will present the best practice example.
3. Innovative regions, innovative local government management.
4. Entrepreneurial education: experiences, models, the best examples and research results;
5. Mobility of academics, researchers and students;
6. Communication between knowledge based economy actors;
7. Communication and dissemination of information about experiences from undertaking projects on education, partnership and innovation;
8. Education of engineers : challenges, opportunities, traps;
9. IT for education;
10. Knowledge village : innovative solution for innovative educational institution;
11. R&D in business organizations and higher education institutions;
12. Curriculum development in higher education and LLL programmes;
13. Innovation and education after the global crises;
IHEPI is addressed to POLICY makers, RECTORS, ACADEMICS, colleagues of CARRIER CENTRES, RESEARCHERS, MANAGERS, Knowledge and Innovation Centers (KiCs).
IHEPI will give an opportunity for:
