The Graduate Institute of International Studies, best known as the HEI, was founded in 1927 at the time of the League of Nations. This summer, it will be offering a 4 week course on WTO studies.
HEI Summer Program WTO Studies International Conference Geneva 2007 Study World Trade Organization SwitzerlandEach week will be self-contained and will commence with a one-week introduction to the world trading system, followed by one week on trade and agriculture, followed by one week on trade in services, and concluded with one week on contingency protection (i.e. subsidies, countervailing measures,
antidumping and safeguards). Special consideration will be afforded to the role of developing countries in each of these courses.
