EuroCollege, University of Tartu and Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs award 4 full scholarships to undergraduate students from Ukraine (2 scholarships), Georgia (1 scholarship) and Moldova (1 scholarship) to spend Spring Semester (February-May) 2008 at the University of Tartu, Estonia, participating in the Prometheus Program on Transition Studies.
Application deadline is Nov 1, 2007 at 17.00.
