PwC has developed, together with the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest ,a tailor-made professional training programme for students the PwC Technical Seminars. This year we are organizing the third edition of this programme.
The PwC Technical Seminars are designed to give basic information about technical issues on accounting/auditing and fiscal principles that participants may encounter during their study. Also, the seminars are intended to offer an insight into how things are tackled and dealt with in real-life.
The input of our colleagues, professionals from taxation or audit departments will make the difference, by exploring practical aspects and working on challenging case-studies which reflect the latest developments in the above mentioned areas, in the local or international context.
Throughout our continuous interactions with students, we gathered feedback on their main areas of interest. Based on your preferences, we have designed a comprehensive set of professional trainings covering the topics you are most interested in.
Topics for this year:
Monday 7th April
First session Transfer Pricing
Second session Audit Practical Guide
Monday 14th April
First session International Taxation: Efficient Investment Structure
Second session Audit and Capital Markets
Monday 21st April
First session Mergers and spin-offs - Tax Implications
Second session IFRS vs. RAS
The seminars are open to all students regardless of year of study, faculty or specialization.
The seminars will take place in Amfiteatrul 1 (Caderea Bastiliei) starting 18:00.
No formal selection process will be held for seminars attendance.
At the end of the programme, students will be granted a certificate. In order to receive the certificate, please register at pwc.seminar@ ro.pwc.com stating your full name, faculty / specialization and year of study.
We look forward to meeting you!
