*Call for partners for the project "Youth between" (an action 1.1 about
Intercultural learning and communication) *
"Jammerbugt Ungdomsskole" is looking for partners for long term cooperation with mutual benefits.
Jammerbugt Ungdomsskole is an organanisation working to promote young people's leisure possibilities in the municipality of Jammerbugt. Attached to this mail is a description of Jammerbugt Ungdomsskole.
In the beginning of June 2009, Jammerbugt Ungdomsskole will together with the school of Pandrup (primary and lower secondary school) invite our partners to an exchange with focus on "intercultural learning and communication"
The exchange will last for 8 days (including travel days) and include 60 young people from 4 different countries.
The young people should all be 13-14 years old and accompanied by two adult leaders. The Young people and their leaders will be accommodated in host families around the town of Pandrup, Denmark.
In our selection of partners following criteria will be in focus:
- That the partner is able to gather a group of young people on the age 13-14 that have basic level of English and are motivated to participate in the exchange program.
- That the partner is willing to host a revisit during 2009 or 2010.
Partners with already planed exchanges that our young people can participate in, will be prioritized. Those exchanges should be based on the normal conditions of Youth in action or EYF and be open to groups of 10-15 young people and two leaders.
