Announcement and Call for Paper and Poster International Joint Symposium
Frontier In Biomedical Sciences: From Genes to Applications

November 24 and 25, 2008

We are pleased to announce for the 2nd time Call for Papers for the International
Joint Symposium Frontier In Biomedical Sciences: From Genes to Applications which will be held in 24th -25th November, 2008, in Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This symposium´s main committee consists of Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia; Nara Institute of Science and Technology, Japan, and Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. We invite practicing medical doctors, researchers and students in the field of medical, biological, material and information science from academia and research institutions in the field of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, agriculture, natural science and others, to attend
as an audience and also present their excellent studies either in oral or poster presentation. This symposium aims to strengthen research net work and collaboration and to promote internationalizatio n of research and program.

B. Title and Abstract Format
Title must be concise, no more than 25 words. A long title can be divided into subtitle. Author(s) is written without salutation, followed with a complete address. Usually, abstract contains Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion sections with less than 300 words. However, some minor variations can be accepted. Abstracts should be submitted by fax or preferably by e-mail to the Secretariat
