REPORTING ON ENVIROMENTAL ISSUES IN SEE REGION
-Training for Journalists from SEE-
The aim of the training is to increase journalists’ knowledge and awareness of important environment topics and problems in SEE region, and to provide long term support for their continuous work on these subjects. *The training will take place in Mediacenter Sarajevo, from April 12 to April 17, 2010 (6 working days in total).*
The following areas will be discussed from theoretical and practical aspects: EU Acquis Communitaire; Water and Water Management in SEE Countries; Waste and Waste Management in SEE Countries; Sustainable Development; Climate Change.

* Working language of the training is English.*
Call for applications is open for journalists with experience in working on the environmental issues (all media included); young journalists with up to 5 years of working experience (all media included); and journalism students in their final year of undergraduate studies. Applications from the following countries are eligible - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia.
