2006.215.Four junior (PhD)-researchers on European Criminal Law f/m
The main task is to write a dissertation on one of the four topics. In addition, the candidate is expected to contribute to teaching (max. 20%).
PhD-projects:
1. Legality
2. Actus reus and participation
3. Mens rea, defences and excuses 4. Locus delicti and jurisdiction in time and space
Requirements
University Graduate
A highly motivated and excellent candidate with a master's degree in law from a European university and should be specialized in criminal/comparativ e law and/or European law. He or she should have strong analytical and writing skills and be able to work independently.

Estimated maximum salary per month: eur 2000 - 2500
Maximum salary amount in Euro's a month 2472
Employment basis: Temporary for specified period
Duration of the contract: 4 years
Maximum hours per week: 38
Additional conditions of employment:
Your salary would be € 1.933,- gross per month in the first year up to € 2.472,- gross per month in the fourth year according to the PhD-student salary.
