CfA: The Oxford Summer Module in Thessaloniki, 20.6-20.7.2008

The Oxford Module at the American College of Thessaloniki

In a collaboration with St. Antony's College, Oxford University, the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT) will host the Oxford Module in Thessaloniki, Greece, June 20 to July 20, 2008. Scholars such as Dr. Kalypso Nikolaidou and Dr. Othon Anastasakis from the Southeast European Studies program at Oxford (SEESOX) of the European Studies Centre at St. Antony's College will join other Oxford and ACT faculty to teach 3 advanced seminars in European and Balkan affairs.

The Oxford Module is open to college/university students who have completed at least 2 years of their studies as well as to students attending post-graduate programs or others who meet the admission requirements. Students may attend up to 2 of the Oxford Module courses and will receive normal undergraduate credit that may be transferred back to a student's home institution. The courses are accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, the body that accredits Harvard, MIT, Yale, and many other universities in the U.S. and abroad. Limited financial assistance may be available.
