We seek candidates with a strong background in computer science and information technology and a strong interest in working in applied and applications- oriented research. The successful candidate will lead the software design as well as programming effort for integration of heterogeneous data from a wide variety of information sources related to the World-Historical Dataverse project, which is part of an active and growing World History Center. The appointee’s work will require
close collaboration with co-workers in the Department of History, the University Library System, the School of Arts & Science, and the School of Information Science.
