NATIONAL CONFERENCE
EUROPEAN PERSPECTIVE OF ALBANIA
The Albanian Institute for International Studies (AIIS) in cooperation with the Kingdomof Spain Embassyin Albania, the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECID) and Friedrich Ebert Foundation organizes on 18 October 2010the National Conference “European Perspective of Albania”.
The Conference will debate the progress of the European integration process in the context of the country’s application for candidate status, as well as the visa liberalization process. The event will mark the launch of the eighth annual survey study “European Perspective for Albania- Perceptions and Realities 2010”.
The presentation of the study will be followed by a discussion of its findings, and the challenges and prospects of the European integration process for Albania. Therefore, representatives from Albanian institutions, political life, think tanks, media, academia, embassies and representatives of the wider international community in Albaniahave been invited to attend.
