International Seminar Video Laboratory for Junior “60 different seconds”
If you are young, full with ideas, crazy then you are one of us because we are Youth Generation!
If you like films, adventures, and TV life then you have to attend our project
“60 different seconds”. You will have the greatest possibility to find out more about Council of Europe Institutes, European Campaign “All Different All Equal”, about filmmaking, being an actor, and saying in one minute that we are “All Different All Equal”.
The project welcomes young people between 18-25 years old, that are active, creative and opened for intercultural dialog and intercultural exchange. Priority will be given to young people with fewer possibilities and from conflict areas.
Eligible countries are: Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Bulgaria and Turkey. Other countries are also welcome to apply but priority will be give to mentioned countries.
The hosting organization will be responsible for the accommodation, meal and loading. There will be a small reimbursement of international travel cost on a state budget.
The project will be held in Vadul lui Voda, Chisinau, Moldova between 10-17 September, 2006.

The project is organized by Youth Generation in partnership with OWH TV Studio and sustained by European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe.
