Aeronautics and Aeronautics and Astronomics/ Aeronautical Engineering, Agriculture (Theoretical or Research-Based Focus only), Astronomy/Planetary Sciences, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Sciences/Engineering, Energy, Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, and Petroleum), Environmental Science/Engineering, Geology/Earth And Atmospheric Sciences, Information Sciences and Systems (Engineering Focus only), Materials Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Neurosciences, Oceanography, Public Health (Theoretical Research Focus only) and Physics.
►Grant duration: 3 years (starting August 2011)
►Applicants must meet the following selection criteria:
hold at least a BA degree
before August 1, 2011; have oral fluency in English;
have Romanian citizenship.
►Applicants are ineligible if they:
are currently studying in the
U.S; have received a previous
Fulbright award; are currently enrolled in a
Ph.D. degree and intend to only pursue non-degree coursework or dissertation research.
►Each candidate will be required to submit:

three letters of reference (submitted electronically and attached to the online application or official paper copies sent by mail); official academic transcripts
and diplomas for all graduated levels (or scanned and attached to the online application) ; score reports (as soon as available, but prior to August 20, 2010).
