Dan Voiculescu Humanist Foundation is selecting students, age 18 – 25, to participate in the project « Young People in a Different Europe ». The project will take place in Larnaca, Cyprus, during 01 – 08 September 2006.
« Young People in a Different Europe » is a project of non-formal education, which aims to raise the involvement of young people in developing the rural areas and local communities.
Eligibility criteria:
The applicants must be young students (age 18 - 25), interested in political sciences, social sciences, public administration, communication and public relation.
Availability to participate (during 21-30 august 2006) in developing a short research study about the rural areas and local communities in Romania.
English language at medium or high level required.
Valid passport required.
Expenses:
100% of all the expenses including: travel by plane, accommodation and meals, will be covered by "Dan Voiculescu" Humanist Foundation.

Very important:
The students selected in the first stage of the selection process will be called for an interview. Only the selected students will be contacted.
The interview will be in English. After it, "Dan Voiculescu" Humanist Foundation will select the final participants.
