The successful candidate will have a strong interest in applied microeconomics, applied econometrics, and the economics of regulation. Required qualifications include a German diploma or a master's degree (or equivalent) in economics and strong analytical and econometric skills. A solid command of the English language and a working knowledge of German are required. The University of Heidelberg aims
at increasing the share of women in research. Therefore female researchers are explicitly encouraged to apply.
