BACKGROUND
All As One- is a project that aims to promote equal opportunities, mostly the ones that are less privileged on a cultural, geographical and social level. We also want to give bigger opportunities to those who have a very poor economic background.
AIMS
The project aims to increase the skills, knowledge and abilities of professionals working with and planning for young people, particularly across the areas of intercultural work, cultural/social diversity, social exclusion/inclusion, European issues at local, national and international levels.

each group will send 4+1leader
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants are actively working with young people as a professional or voluntary youth worker
Participants have experience in organising action 1 projects
Participants should have an active attitude!
Participants should have ideas for future project!
Participants should have options to set new projects!
