Programul de burse oferit de Colegiul Carl Friedrich Goerdeler al Fundatiei Robert Bosch, promotia a 10-a, promoveaza cadrele tinere de conducere din domeniile cooperare transfrontaliera si relatii internationale din Europa de Est, si anume cadre tinere de conducere din cadrul administratiei publice, din institutii publice si institutii relevante din punct de vedere social, ONG-uri etc. Tematica promotiei
2010/2011 este "Experimentand Europa - Construind vecinatati".

Candidatii care indeplinesc criteriile de selectie vor fi invitati la un stagiu de 9 luni in Germania si vor primi o bursa pentru a-si acoperi cheltuielile pe timpul sederii in Germania.
