Our institute at YeungNam University(http://www.yu.ac.kr/_english/admission/index.php?c=admission_02_b) is inviting a few WCU-funded MA, PhD students in the Department of Media & Communication.
Successful applicants will join the team led by Prof. Han Woo Park, Prof. Greg Elmer of Infoscape Research Lab (Canada, http://www.infoscap elab.ca) and Prof. Maurice Vergeer of Radboud University (the Netherlands) and carry out a project titled "Investigating Internet-based Politics with e-Research Tools"
Our Institute has recently been awarded a 4-year competitive grant, running from April 2009 to June 2012, by the Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.

- Place for submitting applications: Office of International Services (in-person or by mail)
- Location: Rm. 317, 3rd Floor, Daegu Bank Building
- Application fee: 100,000 Korean Won or 100 USD (Cash can be mailed within Korea, but money orders should be enclosed in the document package if you apply from overseas.)
- Announcement of admission: November 10, 2009 (The name list will be uploaded to the Graduate School web page.)
- Invoices for tuition and other fees will be distributed to applicants residing in Korea by the Graduate School Administration Office starting December 11, 2009. Applicants residing outside Korea will be sent invoices by email.
- Period and place of making payments: December 16, 2009 to December 18, 2009 at the Yeungnam University Branch Office of Daegu Bank
