Current projects in the lab are focused on the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor family, E2F-transcription factors and epigenetic gene regulation. We employ state-of-the- art technologies including Chromatin-immunopre cipitations (ChIP), RNA interference, cDNA microarrys and cre-lox based mouse models.
Highly motivated students with a Diploma or Master in Biology, Biochemistry or Molecular Medicine are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in molecular and cellular biology and / or mouse genetics is of advantage.
