Fifth wave of EU integration, which overcame space of Central and Eastern Europe, became logical end of long process of definition and transformation of former participants of “communist camp”. Then, basic attention of politicians and public of these countries was paid to providing of accordance of national interests to the requirements of European Union, known as “Copenhagen criteria”. In fact, foreign policy in 1991-2004 was the time of active consultations of representatives of Central and Eastern European countries concerning EU enlargement. However, EU access on the contrary caused the problem question of correlation of national foreign policies and official line of EU about common foreign and defence policy. As a result, new EU members need to define from one side the position on the questions of foreign policy within the EU frames that requires search of political and economic partners for common foreign policy line. From other side there is a necessity to formulate newly the vectors of national foreign policy concerning countries outside EU, but which substantially influence on stability of political process in Central and Eastern Europe.

Young researchers, analysts, representatives of public organizations, NGOs and official institutions of Central and Eastern European countries are invited to participate in conference.
