John S. Knight Professional Journalism Fellowships at Stanford
Stipend of $55,000 for one academic year plus additional benefits

Program Description
The John S. Knight professional journalism fellowships at Stanford
give outstanding mid-career journalists the chance to broaden and deepen their understanding of a changing world. The goal of this Fellowship program is to improve the quality of news and information reaching the public through the news media: print, broadcast and cyberspace. Knight Fellows take classes at Stanford, attend special seminars with guest speakers and pursue independent study. At the end of the year, they return to their news organizations.
