The Brandeis Master's Program in Coexistence and Conflict offers a
unique blend of theory and practice to mid-career professionals seeking an advanced degree in addressing violent conflict, one of the most pressing issues in international relations today. This program is designed for professionals who work or aspire to work for governments, international agencies, businesses or non-profits operating in areas of conflict. The program will also increase the effectiveness of those working in diplomacy, security, aid, development, human rights, education, democracy and governance, and civil society building.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are welcomed for the
September 2007/2008 academic year. Candidates accepted into the
Brandeis Master's Program in Coexistence and Conflict, who work full time within a government or inter-governmental agency, are eligible to apply for a Slifka Fellowship. Fellowships offer full tuition and US$10,000.00 towards living and other expenses during the year in residence at Brandeis. Brandeis offers a limited number of need-based partial tuition scholarships to students in the Coexistence and Conflict Master's Program. For further information please see
