JOB: Call Center Agents/ Customer Care Agents with Serbian Language

CallPoint New Europe SRL. is part of the CallPoint New Europe group of companies, leading outsourcer in South-East Europe with current operations in Sofia, Bulgaria and now in Bucharest, Romania. The company aims to be the leading regional player in Eastern Europe and operates as a multi language contact center platform. Our first site in Bucharest occupies a state-of-the- art office in the center of the city. We launched the operations in May 2007 with Telemarketing and Customer Care projects in German, French and English.

Job description:
- You work in Serbian language using a number of communication channels: telephone, e-mails, web- chat;
- You possess individuality, tact, and ability to work directly with international clients;
- You have strongly developed skills for convincing people.

Your profile:
- Fluent spoken and written Serbian language;
- Previous call centre experience would be considered as an advantage;
- English language would also be considered a plus; - Responsible and dynamic person with positive and proactive attitude;
- Good communication skills, and a team player.
