The near-field optics group from Burgundy University (France) offers a one-year post-doctoral position in the field of Scanning Near-field Optical Microscopy applied to periodic and random media.
We look for a candidate being familiar with the optical instrumentation at the nanoscale and with the electromagnetism concepts. A previous experience on near-field microscopy is preferred but not required. This work is mainly experimental and the candidate must be as autonomous as possible.
This post-doctoral position is proposed in the context of projects supported by the French national research agency (ANR) and the candidate will have to interact with the other groups of the consortium.
