Global Romanian Students' and Young Professionals' Society (GRSP Society)is currently opening positions for its extended board committee. The open positions of team leaders and team members are for the following departments of the extended board:
1. HR and Development
2. Fundraising
3. Communication.
GRSP is an open network of organizations and individuals which combines civic involvement and professionalism and has committed to further advance Romania 's development and modernization. GRSP has members in 12 countries and is currently expanding to include students and professionals from all countries and continents. GRSP is also open to individuals who studied and/or worked abroad who are currently living in Romania . The Society develops advocacy and research projects in the areas of education, business, democracy and civic participation, public administration, Romania 's image abroad and migration. It also develops projects to enhance the professional mobility to and from Romania , of students and young professionals.
The idea emerged from the desire to connect with people who work on the same issues but live in different locations. Using this association as a point of departure, motivated people can contribute to Romania 's development from wherever they are. The Society aims to: serve as a networking platform; define and develop projects focused on Romania ; contribute to improving the image of the country abroad; connect people who have academic, business, social or environmental initiatives; promote Romania in the communities where they live http://www.asru. hu/GRSPSociety/ home.html
The new elected team members will be part of a new and very enthusiastic board that will drive the activities of the organization. The team is expected to work virtually with people based in US, Belgium , Spain , Germany , Hungary and Romania . Together, members will develop and foster a healthy team structure of high performance and satisfaction.
All GRSP Society board, coordinators and team members work on voluntary basis.
A team coordinator is expected to be able to dedicate around 4-8 hours/ week for GRSP Society activities.
